Welcome to Pawclan, a pet services and products platform operated by MOVE 11 Innovations
Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Pawclan (“App,” “Platform,” or
“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do
not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pawclan, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws while using our services.
2. Services Offered
Pawclan provides various pet-related services and products, including:
• Pet Grooming (Regular Bath, Full Grooming, Tick & Flea Treatment, etc.)
• Pet Training (Basic Commands, Behavioral Training)
• Pet Products (Food, Accessories, etc.)
• Pet Health & Wellness (Medicated Baths, Aromatherapy, etc.)
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violations of
these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
4. Booking & Payments
4.1 Service Bookings
• Appointments must be scheduled through the Pawclan App.
• Service availability may vary based on location and demand.
4.2 Payment Terms
• All payments must be made in advance through our payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
4.3 Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a
refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Pawclan, you agree to:
• Provide truthful and accurate pet information.
• Ensure your pet is non-aggressive and fit for grooming or training.
• Follow our grooming/training instructions to ensure the best experience for your pet.
We are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or health issue arising from services or
products if incorrect pet details were provided.
6. Service Limitations & Liability
6.1 No Guarantees
• While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results,
especially in training and behavioral correction.
6.2 Pet Behavior & Risks
• Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior. If a pet becomes aggressive during
grooming or training, the service may be stopped, and no refund will be issued.
6.3 Third-Party Providers
• Some services may be fulfilled by third-party professionals. We are not liable for any
issues arising from third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
• The Pawclan logo, branding, and content are the property of MOVE 11 Innovations
Private Limited.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform.
• Misrepresent pet details or request services under false pretenses.
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Privacy Policy
By using Pawclan, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use
your data.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the App or
email. Continued use of Pawclan after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation and mutual
discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or arbitration as per the applicable
laws of India.
• Any legal proceedings shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
• The courts of Delhi/NCR, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or
legal matters arising from these Terms.
